Executive Board

President
Pete Drivas
Chemical Engineering, Pre-Med, 2013

Pete is from a Hampstead, New Hampshire. During his short time at Northeastern, Pete has made an effort to get very involved with campus life. He has been a General Councilor in RSA, an Orientation Leader, and is currently an RA in Smith Hall. This year, Pete looks to focus on expanding the inductions process, increasing NRHH General Council involvement, and collaborating with other student groups on community service to better the Northeastern community and the Boston community that surrounds us. Pete also loves to travel, play the guitar, and play intramural sports.

Vice President
Zach Moses
Psychology, 2013

Zach is currently a Sophomore at Northeastern with a major in Psychology. In the past year Zach has gotten very involved in campus life. He was active within the Resident Student Association as Assistant Vice President for Administration. Also, he has been a member of a number regional and national conferences. One of his main goals for this year is to broaden and increase participation in community service. Zach loves listening to music, watching the TV show Lost, and exploring Boston.

Secretary
Ian Burn
Economics, History, 2011

Ian Burn is currently a junior and working on his double major in economics and history. Born in Oklahoma City, Ian has lived up and down the East Coast, but his latest home base is Delaware. He graduated from the Charter School of Wilmington in 2008. A major bookworm, Ian's appetite for books is only exceeded by his love of food and cooking (his favorite food is Cajun). On campus Ian is actively involved in RSA, serving as the Assistant Vice President for Finance. He is currently employed at CAS Peer Tutoring, working with students who struggle in economics. Ian is excited to be involved in NRHH and can't wait to watch this exciting year unfold.

Treasurer
Christian Shannon
International Business, 2013

Christian is from Gilford, New Hampshire and is a sophmore here at Northeastern. This is Christian's first year in NRHH, and in his time here he has been involved in RSA, HSC, and NUCALLS. He enjoys staying up and sleeping in, going on destination-less walks, and meeting new people. He also speaks two foreign languages and loves to travel; he plans to study and work abroad in China for a year. Christian is also a huge recycling junkie and a big advocate of the paperless process.

Recognition Chair
Yona Chankin-Gould
Nursing, 2012

Yona hails from Long Beach, California, also known as "the LBC." A middler Nursing major, her true passion lies in helping people, whether they be her friends, patients, or the community. She has participated in various aspects of RSA and is very excited to be on the NRHH E-board this year. She is extremely enthusiastic about recognition and is loving sitting on the Regional OTM Selection Committee. Yona loves adrenaline rushing adventures, expressing her creativity, the human brain, children, and the Pacific Ocean. Although she feels a profound loss at being so far away from the Pacific, Boston's charm has certainly grown on her.

Historian
Matt Hamilton
Business Administration, Marketing, 2013

Salutations! My name is Matt Hamilton, and I hail from the delightful suburb of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. It was a wonderful town to grow up in and is roughly an hour outside of Philadelphia. As a small child I enjoyed the outdoors a great deal. I always loved playing capture the flag, man-hunt, and biking, among many other activities. I was extremely involved in community service and student leadership in High school and am glad to be able to continue this at Northeastern. I enjoy being active, playing tennis and soccer, exploring the city, and smiling all the time. When I’m not doing community service or helping out, I am most likely to be found on the dance floor.
